You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return at no cost to you. We will cover all return shipping fees to ensure a worry-free shopping experience. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


* You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


* The item must not be installed, wired, or modified in any way. Any fixtures that have been partially or fully installed, or had their wires cut, are strictly non-returnable.


2. Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the list below before initiating a return:

Customized Products: Special orders, items with personalized finishes, or custom cord lengths.



Clearance & Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (Clearance), flash sales, or gift cards.



Light Bulbs & Components: We do not accept returns for light bulbs if the packaging is opened, or individual components, for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. How to Start a Return


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@xplamps.com immediately. Returns sent to us without prior contact will not be accepted.


2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address. Do not send returns to the original shipping point on the package.


3. Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.


4. Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.



Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@xplamps.com.


5. Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
