Where do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to the US and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

When will my order arrive?

Processing: 0–7 business days. Delivery: 15–20 business days; fixtures with any side 27.5 in / 70 cm or larger ship by sea in 35–45 days. Pre-order items are shipped when available. Contact us for a product-specific estimate.

Can I return my light?

30-day returns from delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Custom-made and final-sale items are excluded. See our return policy for details. Read the full return policy.

Will I pay import duties?

We cover import duties with DDP delivery. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Can you help me choose a size or finish?

Yes. Send your room measurements, ceiling height and the fixture you are considering to support@xplamps.com.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the cart or at checkout. XP2026 gives 20% off eligible lighting orders and excludes Accessories. XP2027 gives 30% off orders of $5,000 or more. One code per order.
