Returns. You can request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with all parts included. Final-sale, custom-made and made-to-measure items can’t be returned. Read the return policy.
Damage in transit. If the box is visibly damaged, don’t accept it: refuse the delivery and ask the carrier for a damage notice. If you find damage after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging.
